The project is situated in the Jiangning District of Nanjing and is in the heart of the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone.
SOCAM currently owns 100% of the project. Upon completion in 2019, the project will be a residential development with approximately 134,000 square metres GFA. The development offers distinctive low-rise apartments with balconies in a garden and lakeside setting.
Around 95% of the villas in Phase I of Nanjing Scenic Villa has been sold. Phase II sales began in July 2016 and met with good market response. At the year-end 2016, 169 out of 187 of the units launched for sale were pre-sold or subscribed. Completion of the project is targeted for 2019.
