Site Clerk

  • The Job:

    • Provide site administrative support to the project team
    • Handle site materials logistics arrangement and inventory record
    • Maintain and update attendance record of site staff
    • Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned
  • Requirements:

    • F.5 or HKDSE graduate or above
    • 1 – 2 years’ relevant site administration experience
    • Familiar with MS Office operations, such as Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
    • Possess valid driving license is preferred
    • Pleasant, hardworking, work independent and good communication skills
