The Job:

The incumbent will be responsible for overall management of assigned projects for their successful completion in terms of time, quality & profitability. He/she is also required to explore business opportunities and secure new projects through tendering, marketing and development of working relations with existing / potential customers.
Requirements:
- Degree in Building or construction related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience with proven track record in management of fitting-out and building projects
- Experience in quantity surveying and contract administration will be an advantage
- Good communication and exceptional interpersonal skills
