Secretary

  • The Job:

    The incumbent will provide secretarial and administrative support for assigned departments.  She / He will also be responsible for consolidating data and compiling management reports.

  • Requirements:

    • Diploma holder or above with formal secretarial training
    • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
    • Well organized, mature with good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Customer oriented and a good team player
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
