Richland Gardens (5,904 flats)

Located in Kowloon Bay, Richland Gardens is the largest Private Sector Participation Scheme Home Ownership Project in Hong Kong. This Home Ownership Scheme was completed in 1985. Completed in 2001, Bauhinia Garden in Tseung Kwan O is the first intelligent Private Sector Participation Scheme Home Ownership Project in Hong Kong. This smart public housing estate is in-built with optic fibre for instant connection to broadband internet service. It also houses a multi-purpose shopping centre of 25 commercial units and 560 carparking spaces in a 8-storey building, and provides various leisure and recreational facilities including an outdoor swimming pool, barbecue pits, sports courts, gymnasium equipment, jogging track, podium landscape garden and children playgrounds. PEPM has managed this housing estate for over 19 years.

Sitting on the Lam Tin Mid-level, Hong Nga Court is a Home Ownership Scheme project. Completed in 1993, it comprises three residential towers and commercial space. The estate also provides spacious rest areas, children playgrounds and a graceful fish pond decorated with classic pagoda. PEPM has managed this housing estate for over 20 years.
